Information Innovation (IIC) was established in 1999 by a group of
professionals who believed they can improve upon the outdated model of
traditional consultancies towards more solid consulting business model that
would more suit the new economy for the new millennium.
Fully aware of the important rule of technology coupled with the advent of
the internet moving into the main stream of New-Economy Company and
modern business models.
Already few years of establishment and several successful contracts
completed have proven the value of IIC for the market. Be it local or
international. Starting with simple consulting definite set of products, not
limited to, Business planning, financial modeling, Strategic Planning, Project
Management, IT Functionality Implementations, Management Advisory and coaching services, moved IIC into higher exposure to various industries
crossing most vertical business models, encouraged IIC management into
diversification as part of IIC own business risk assessment.
Core business
The core business concept is based on Advisory Consulting. These activities
are meant to free an organization’s management from the time-consuming
and experience-intensive strategic practices and allow them to maintain a
handle on day-to-day operations. The IIC method of advisory consulting
frees management from having to become experts in any specialized field in
order to effectively evaluate potential projects. IIC maintains no ties with
product sales organizations, but instead has a relationship with a variety of
vendors that is based on respect and factual knowledge. Therefore we are
able to ensure the best possible results for a particular project without being
tied to one solution.
IIC services fall under four distinct categories with specific deliverables clearly

Operations
Operationally, the strength of IIC is the organization of our component
network of high-level independent experts in many fields. IIC does not
require the large overhead associated with traditional consulting houses
because the network of independents that has been developed is available
