HR Development
IIC - Infonovation offers human resources coaching, training and organizational development programs and consultation. All training, development, and consultation services are directly tied to organizational, departmental, and individual goals and initiatives. Training and development is essential for successful communication among staff in companies so that they can achieve organizational results efficiently and serve their customer’s needs.
Training programs are customized for senior leaders, managers, front-line staff, and intact teams within organizations. A variety of programs offered include behavioral based training, compliance training, human resources management, front-line customer oriented programs, one-on-one coaching and consulting for managers and supervisors.
Successful training programs must have an element of evaluation and measurement. IIC - Infonovation training programs provide excellent evaluation strategies of programs to help determine return on investment (ROI). These results are measured to improve staff communication, teamwork, and customer service. Additionally, IIC - Infonovation offers organizational development interventions, needs assessment of training programs, and coaching and consulting for managers and leaders to assist them in becoming more effective in achieving personal, department, and organizational results.
Services Provided
Human Resources Management: Assist organizations, managers and supervisors with fundamental Human Resources (HR) questions and issues. Advise on HR issues including setting up an HR department, completing a needs analysis for HR services, review employment laws, review of HR policies and procedures, review of company employment applications, employee handbooks, training manuals, etc. Review of basic training programs and compliance.
Needs Assessment: Full needs assessment of organizational, team, and individual issues and problems. This is done to determine the gaps in performance, to identify the best method for training delivery, the available resources, and to evaluate the need for change.
Feedback is given on training needs from both customer and employee satisfaction surveys.

Training and Development: Training programs provided to intact teams, business units, and groups of employees. Programs can be standardized to meet organization goals and objectives or can be customized to meet departmental issues.
Instructional Design and Curriculum Development: Complete design and development of training programs and corporate learning materials. Development of end user documentation including reference materials, training manuals, training scripts, course agendas, course exercise, and train-the-trainer materials. All curriculum is tied to organizational and job competencies. Development of evaluation forms for training programs. Tracking of training programs, training scorecards, and training databases. Statistics reports on ROI for training. Link to corporate training programs and initiatives.
Team Workshops: Facilitation of team workshops to map out strategic planning, goal setting and discuss organizational and departmental communication issues and challenges, as well as to celebrate team success. Facilitate client meetings.
Organizational Development Interventions – Team building, needs assessment, focus groups, problem resolution, performance improvement, assistance with customer service task forces, team facilitation.
Leadership Coaching: One-on-one coaching and consulting of leaders for organizational effectiveness and change management. Personal consulting/coaching with managers and leaders on department performance solutions and personal effectiveness.
Compliance Training: Assist with compliance of Human Resources (HR) related laws and health care specific compliance. Assist with internal audits, prepare for training programs for compliance (e.g. Health Insurance Portability & Accountability, Sexual Harassment, Fire Safety, etc.)
